Kurt Weiser
Partner
Mr. Weiser’s estate planning expertise ranges from simple wills to complex trusts. He guides trustees through the trust administration process and possesses extensive knowledge of the California Probate process. Mr. Weiser prides himself in possessing the experience and compassion necessary to work with individuals and families in developing custom estate plans to fit each of his client’s individual needs.
While in Law School, Mr. Weiser earned honors including Dean’s List, the Hugh P. Chinlund award for meritorious service to the law school, and five American Jurisprudence Awards. He was also a member of the California Western School of Law International Law Journal.
As an Estate Planning Attorney, Mr. Weiser served as co-chair of the Trusts and Estates section of the North County Bar Association in 2009 and 2010. In 2010, he was elected by his peers to serve a three-year term as a Director of the North County Bar Association. Mr. Weiser is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California
Mr. Weiser currently resides in Oceanside with his wife and two sons. He is an active youth camp leader, ocean swimmer, and frequent visitor and supporter of the Oceanside Public Library where he and his sons search for their next action and adventure novel. Kurt’s friendly demeanor and involvement in the Oceanside community has allowed him to develop lasting friendships with numerous local residents
