Ms. Crothall is a Partner with Greenman, Lacy, Klein, Hinds, Weiser. Her practice includes real estate, business, and bankruptcy matters. Specific areas include litigating partition and quiet title actions, representing buyers and sellers in real estate nondisclosure cases, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and leases for residential and commercial properties, as well as contracts related to co-ownership of properties, easement agreements, deeds, and title matters. She also works with clients in the areas of business entity formation and operations, including drafting of a wide variety of corporate contracts.  The majority of her bankruptcy practice is debtor representation in Chapter 7 cases.

Ms. Crothall is a native of Oceanside, CA. She received her B.A. in English in 1994 from Santa Clara University, and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003. While in law school she worked as a judicial extern in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, for the Honorable Jeremy Fogel. She was also a Research Editor for the Santa Clara University Law Review, and a Public Interest and Social Justice Law Scholar. After graduation, she joined the firm Miller, Morton, Caillat & Nevis, LLP in San Jose, California as an Associate, specializing in construction and property law. She has been working in Oceanside since 2009.

Ms. Crothall is a member of the North County Bar Association, and served on the North County Bar Association Board of Directors from 2014-2016. She is a Barrister with the Fiorenzo V. Lopardo American Inn of Court. She regularly volunteers with the Bar Association’s programs in the community, including the Youth in Court and On My Honor programs, and volunteers at the Law Day free legal clinic each year. She is an attorney coach for Oceanside High School’s mock trial team and was an attorney coach for the California State University San Marcos mock trial team.
