KELLY L. HINDS is a partner at GREENMAN, LACY, KLEIN, HINDS, WEISER, with a practice focused on estate planning, probate, trust, and estate administration.

For more than two decades, Kelly has been advising both professional fiduciaries and individuals in their capacities as trustees, executors, and administrators as well as counseling families, business owners, and individuals in all areas of estate planning.

A native of Southern California, Kelly graduated from La Jolla High School, earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. from California Western School of Law.

Kelly is admitted to practice before the courts of California and an active member of the State Bar of California Trust & Probate Section, the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Kelly serves on the Estates and Trusts Council of Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation and is a member of the La Jolla Presbyterian Church and the Cardiff branch of the Senior Planning Assistance Network.
